we aim to answer all contacts as quickly as we possibly can. If you any
questions, or suggestions, then we are always willing to hear from you.
Our opening hours are as follows:
Monday to
Friday - 9am to 6pm - Phones 9am - 5 pm - All emails 8am - 6pm
Please note,
that our phone lines do get extremely busy, due to the popularity and low
cost of our offerings, and we would advise that you
submit an email with any enquiries, should the phone lines be busy when you
call.
Saturday
and Sunday - Saturday 9am - 2:30pm. (Phones are not answered on a
Saturday - But ticket support is available). Sunday: We are Closed. We will also
be closed on the usual National Bank Holidays. When contacting us, please
provide full details of your enquiry, including customer/website details (if
existing customer).
We try to
answer all enquiries inside 24-48 working hours, except the stated times above,
when closed. Although, our usual turnaround when answering enquiries is 2-3
hours..

Please note, that if you have submitted an email to us, and not received a
reply inside 48 hours, then there is a very high chance that we have not
received your email. Certain Internet Service Providers simply stop emails
from time to stop, for a variety of reasons, and use their own in-house
criteria for doing so, which no internet company can take responsibility
for.
If you suspect
that your emails are not getting through, then please try an alternative
email address. Common ISP's that we have found to block emails, for whatever
reason, are AOL, hotmail, and many more.
